The Gamification of Employment II

The Gamification of Employment II is the second part of the project with the same name. Both projects promote the use of the gamified methodology for the inclusion and labor promotion of young people with fewer opportunities.

General objective: cooperate between entities to test and implement innovative methods to promote reskilling and upskilling skills in youth.

Specific goal:

  • Create innovative practices in youth through virtual gamification.
  • Transferir metodologías innovadoras a trabajadores juveniles

The partner entities share the need to update the training of their users (young people with disabilities, with mental health problems, migrants or other minorities), in order to achieve greater adaptation of these to the changing labor market, which increasingly requires greater knowledge digital techniques and tools.
