The first meeting of the Erasmus Plus funded project, The Gamification of Employment II, led by ASPAYM Castilla y León and the member entities: CEIPES, AICSCC, Rosto Solidario and the European University Miguel de Cervantes, took place on January 13th.
Thanks to the success of the first edition of the project, this second part aims to develop, test and implement innovative practices to promote processes of updating and improving the skills of young people to address the digital transformation through gamification methodologies.
The project will have a duration of two years in which the following results are expected:
Innovative virtual learning ecosystem, in which the target group will be able to update and deepen their knowledge in those skills identified as key to boost digital transformation and improve the employability of young people.
A complementary virtual handbook to facilitate the use of the same methodology for all youth workers.
The meeting, which was held virtually, was divided into two parts: first it focused on the general plan, objectives and organisation of the project, and then the tasks and deadlines of the first phase were set. It was an important moment of participation and exchange to align the ideas and agenda of all partners involved.
