The Gamification of Employment project is developing a Moodle platform with content to improve employability based on gamification.
During the 25th and 26th of January, the intermediate transnational meeting of The Gamification of Employment II project, financed by Erasmus Plus, took place in the Italian city of Palermo.
This meeting has served to review and shape the Moodle platform that will host the training content developed to improve employability and which focuses on five modules: digital skills, big data, resilience, digital communication and sustainable economy and environment.
In the current phase of the project, a gamified platform is being designed with a ranking of different levels, points, badges, and characters, in the framework of a futuristic story in which in a New Europe in the year 2096, there are four mega-corporations in charge of governing the continent although they are not acting for the benefit of the citizens. In order to save it from this situation, the participants of the platform will have to train themselves in the necessary skills and overcome the different levels.
